大元集团简介
大元集团位于素有武术之乡、好人之城美誉的河北省沧州市。前身为沧州市第一建筑工程公司，成立于1952年，1999年完成改制，2005年组建集团公司。集团始终坚持党建引领，将党建政治优势转化为企业的发展优势。连续多年入选中国承包商80强、全国建筑业200强、河北省百强民营企业、河北省优秀民营企业、河北省建筑业排头兵企业，荣获中国建筑工程鲁班奖、长城杯奖、钢结构金奖，国家优质工程奖、中施企协AAA级信用企业、中建协AAA级信用企业、全国建筑业先进企业、全国用户满意企业、全国技术创新先进企业、全国守合同重信用企业、全国文化建设先进单位、河北省非公企业党建示范点、河北省政府质量奖提名奖、沧州市政府质量奖、扶危济困先进单位、脱贫攻坚创新奖等荣誉300余项。

    集团员工5000余人，专科以上学历占98%，中高级职称人员800余人，注册建造师队伍1000余人。目前大元拥有建筑工程施工总承包特级资质、建筑行业工程设计甲级资质、市政行业设计乙级资质、造价咨询乙级资质、市政公用和钢结构等10余项壹级，及房地产开发、检测等资质在内的各项资质共计50项。

Introduction to Dayuan Group
Dayuan Group is located in Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, which is known as the "Hometown of Martial Arts" and "City of Good People". Its predecessor was Cangzhou No.1 Construction Engineering Company, founded in 1952. It completed the restructuring in 1999 and established a group company in 2005. The Group has always adhered to the guidance of Party building and transformed the political advantages of Party building into the development advantages of the enterprise.
For consecutive years, it has been listed among the "Top 80 Chinese Contractors", "Top 200 National Construction Enterprises", "Top 100 Private Enterprises in Hebei Province", "Excellent Private Enterprises in Hebei Province" and "Pioneer Enterprises in the Construction Industry of Hebei Province". It has also won more than 300 honors, including the Luban Award for China Construction Projects, the Great Wall Cup Award, the Steel Structure Gold Award, the National Quality Project Award, the AAA-level Credit Enterprise of China Construction Enterprise Management Association, the AAA-level Credit Enterprise of China Construction Industry Association, the National Advanced Construction Enterprise, the National Customer Satisfaction Enterprise, the National Advanced Enterprise in Technological Innovation, the National Enterprise Abiding by Contracts and Valuing Credit, the National Advanced Unit in Cultural Construction, the Demonstration Site for Party Building in Non-public Enterprises of Hebei Province, the Nomination Award of Hebei Provincial Government Quality Award, the Cangzhou Municipal Government Quality Award, the Advanced Unit for Helping the Poor and Relieving Difficulties, and the Innovation Award for Poverty Alleviation.
The Group has more than 5,000 employees, among whom 98% have a college degree or above, over 800 have medium and senior professional titles, and more than 1,000 are registered constructors. At present, Dayuan has a total of 50 qualifications, including the special-grade qualification for general contracting of construction engineering, the Grade A qualification for architectural engineering design in the construction industry, the Grade B qualification for municipal industry design, the Grade B qualification for cost consulting, more than 10 Grade A qualifications in municipal public utilities and steel structure, as well as qualifications for real estate development and testing.
Dayuan Group implements the full industrial chain development and national regional layout, and has established a five major business layout: "taking the Scientific Research and Design Group as the technological leadership, the Construction Industrialization Group as the transformation direction, the Construction Industry Group as the development cornerstone, the Industrial Development Group as the new growth pole, and the Yuanzheng Culture and Tourism Group as the cultural engine". This layout promotes the Group's transformation into a new-type construction technology enterprise and realizes high-quality leapfrog development. Its main businesses cover construction, scientific research, finance, municipal roads and bridges, prefabricated buildings, steel structures, real estate, smart property management, testing, equipment leasing, hotels and other fields. Its business scope covers 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country, as well as countries in Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central Asia and Eurasia.
